RETURNS POLICY
Return Verification:
Send us an email returns@nobasic.com with the order number, the product(s) that you would like to return and indicate the return reason.
Re-Pack with Original Labels:
Re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ensure that all the labels are attached. The item(s) should be in good conditions and unused.
Re-Ship Back to Us:
Ship the package back to NOBASIC. We will provide you the address of our closest fulfilment centre.
Refund/Exchange:
Once we receive the product(s) we will process the return and arrange for exchange product(s) or refund the money.
Terms & Condition for Exchanges/Returns:
• Product can be exchanged/returned within 30 Calendar Days.
• All the tags and labels should be returned with the package. The item(s) must be in good conditions and unused.
• In case you require an exchange and your desired product is not available we will refund you.
• The return delivery charge will be refunded to you in full only in case of product defects.
• In case you want to shop again with us we will credit you Reward Points to subsidise your Return Expenses.
• We process returns within 5 business days from the day we receive the parcel.
